What We Look For
Our Driver Standards
Every driver at American Power SoCal is held to a consistent, professional standard. Here's what we require:
- Valid California Driver's License with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check
- Drug testing clearance (ongoing during employment)
- Professional demeanor and reliable communication
- Comfort handling sensitive or time-critical cargo
- Experience with pharmaceutical or medical delivery is a plus, but not required
- Availability for scheduled routes and/or flexible dispatch including nights and weekends
- Vaccinated against COVID-19, or willingness to be screened every three days
